

EVP and practical toolkit




Toyota Motor Europe (TME) are the design and manufacturing arm of Toyota in Europe, from Finland to Turkey.
We were asked to create and activate a European EVP to cover all their locations and people, including their distributor networks. Though we are used to international and global work, this was particularly challenging as we were working under Covid restrictions which meant that the research and activation work had to be carried out remotely.
This was a full service EVP, so included all areas of stakeholder management and brand liaison, all conducted via Teams. We did not physically meet a single TME person, though we did forge some brilliant virtual relationships.
The outputs were encompassed in a Toolkit for TA teams and a brand new careers site, with video interviews and photography directed by us via laptop and direct camera link.
