COMMUNICATING A MESSAGE
It’s an often misunderstood word. We never lose sight of that fact that all communication is a message, and how it lands and is interpreted – its “why” - depends on a wide range of factors. One of our clients has a value “treat others as you’d like to be treated yourself”, and it’s something we have adopted as a yardstick when we create any communication. That means having grown up thinking and human language, whatever the message.
