Aegon UK are part of the Aegon group and are the largest investment platform in the UK. A recent reorganisation meant a reorientation around EVP and people processes, leading to our being asked to take and activate their EVP, effectively bringing it to life.

We started with the website, which at the beginning was a one-page section on the main Aegon website. We approached the EVP activation by a different route. We used the website creation process to interview Heads-of or people working in the various functions of Aegon UK.

We created video content by interviewing colleagues on camera and capturing their stories, enabling us to bring the EVP to life using real people doing real jobs. See it in action here – and watch our for Phase 2 on the way.

Following on from the website, we have also produced a series of management upskilling guides and packs, together with onboarding information packs for each site.
