Quorum Cyber – never just Quorum – are an international success story. Based in Scotland, their cyber security services are in demand globally, based on their own processes and Clarity Platform, built round and enhancing Microsoft technology that covers the entirety of the Microsoft Security portfolio.

Founded in 2016 by Fede Charosky, a recognised cyber security visionary, their mission is “We fight bullies” with a People proposition of “Help fight Bullies”. It’s struck a chord, as substantial business success has led to expansion and investment and now acquisition of complementary businesses in North America.

As a client and partner, they’re pretty different. We were asked to create a new EVP and a new careers website to introduce Quorum Cyber to the technically excellent teams they needed to build on their success and expansion. We created and EVP based around the table of elements – as the people and skills needed all combined to make Quorum Cyber. The new site included new video and photography and case studies from Quorum Cyber people. This included their unique Academy offering to employees where they can learn complementary and new skills from recognised industry experts.
