

EVP PROJECT




Baker Hughes asked us to activate their new global EVP and to create a new on brand website.
Activating the EVP took the form of an in depth examination of the foundations of the new EVP and aligning it to talent pools from established/professional hires to Early Careers. We created an EVP toolkit with TA collateral supporting each of the four EVP pillars, with a themed image bank that enables localisation by Baker Hughes’ TA teams and by Calgary for ad hoc campaign material.
The website had not been updated for a while, so we took the opportunity to work with the Baker Hughes TA team to reorientate the content, making it simpler and more accessible for a global audience. This involved new imagery and graphics using the EVP themes and pillars from the EVP Toolkit.
Once these had been established, we then produced several internal guides for use by Managers, introducing the EVP pillars and their relevance in the hiring cycle including the candidate journey, interviewing guides, process guides, executive and leadership acquisition, and the internal EVP journey through to onboarding.
